Greek-Style party canapés
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 16 pcs thin discs of different kinds of bread and rusks (e. g. French sticks, toast bread, brioche, crackers, etc.)
- 100g éthos Green Olive Paste
- 100g éthos Aubergine-Feta spread
- 100g éthos Kalamata Olive Paste
- 100g éthos Greek Cooking Sauce with Capers
- 100g éthos Greek Cooking Sauce with Aubergine
- 80g éthos Greek Feta cheese Cubes with Olives
- Mint, rosemary, thyme
Time needed: approx. 5 minutes
Difficulty level: Starter
- Distribute the pieces of bread and rusks on a platter.
- Randomly cover with the different spreads or sauces.
- Randomly place some éthos Greek Feta cheese Cubes with Olives on top of the spread or sauce.
- Garnish with mint, rosemary and thyme.
