Pita-Bread-Pizza


Ingredients (for 4 people):
  • 4pcs Pita breads
  • 150g éthos Greek Cooking Sauce with Capers
  • 100g éthos Pitted Marinated Olive-Mix
  • 150g éthos Greek Feta cheese Cubes with Chili and/or éthos Greek Feta cheese Cubes with Sundried Tomatoes
  • some éthos Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil – ideal for Salad
Preparation:

Time needed: approx. 15 minutes
Difficulty level: Starter

  1. Coat the Pita breads with éthos Greek Cooking Sauce with Capers.
  2. Randomly place pieces of éthos Pitted Marinated Olive-Mix and éthos Greek Feta cheese Cubes with Chili and/or éthos Greek Feta cheese cubes with Sundried Tomatoes on the sauce.
  3. Cook in a preheated oven at 180*C for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Rinse with some éthos Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil - ideal for Salad and garnish with some fresh oregano or thyme.
